The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Back-of-House Cook to join our team at Ignite Steakhouse in Southland Casino, West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing food, operating kitchen equipment, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare food to meet quality and portion size standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health codes and sanitation regulations
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties, including end-of-day inventory
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a back-of-the-house foodservice position
  • Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate and follow recipe measurements
