Key Responsibilities- Prepare high-quality food to meet customer expectations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Assist in training team members and uphold all health codes and sanitation regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Competitive hourly rate of $17.00
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, and more.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a back-of-the-house foodservice position.
- Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes.
- Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate and follow recipe measurements.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more, reach up to seven feet, bend, and squat.
- Standing and walking for the entire length of shift in moderate to high noise levels.
- Manual ability to chop, mix, blend, whip a variety of foods and liquids and operate kitchen equipment.
