Senior Structural Engineer

Top Tier Reps LLC is seeking a qualified Senior Structural Engineer to enhance our engineering division. The chosen individual will take charge of creating designs, specifications, and budget forecasts for a variety of civil and structural initiatives that support manufacturing operations across North America. This position encompasses both project oversight and on-site construction management to guarantee that all project specifications are fulfilled. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, possess a PE license, and have substantial expertise in heavy industrial construction methodologies. Additionally, they should demonstrate strong technical capabilities in structural analysis and design across materials such as steel, concrete, and wood, coupled with excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. A readiness to engage in physically demanding tasks and work in diverse environments is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft designs, specifications, and cost assessments for civil and structural projects
  • Oversee project execution and manage on-site construction activities
  • Ensure adherence to all design and project requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • In-depth knowledge of heavy industrial construction practices
  • Proficient in structural analysis and design techniques
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in project and construction management
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD software
