Job Overview: As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will report directly to the Associate Director of Engineering. Your key responsibilities will include creating design plans and specifications, overseeing budgets and timelines, conducting site inspections, and offering engineering support to the team. You will play a vital role in the expansion, modification, or construction of new facilities for the client while ensuring adherence to design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate designs, specifications, and cost estimates for civil and structural projects
  • Manage project and construction activities
  • Exhibit expertise in industrial facility construction and structural analysis/design
  • Demonstrate strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Position based in Hartsville, SC

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Knowledge of heavy industrial construction
  • Proficiency in structural analysis/design and AutoCAD
  • Able to work in challenging physical environments
  • Willingness to work at a Paper Mill facility
  • Comfortable with heights and confined spaces
