We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Senior Counselor to join our team at ServiceNet. As a key member of our Mental Health Recovery Services Division, you will play a vital role in supporting adults in their mental health recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the House Manager with various responsibilities, providing leadership during assigned shifts and assisting with scheduling, MAP oversight, and updating electronic client files.
  • Create a supportive, homelike environment for program participants, helping them achieve their recovery goals.
  • Restore and teach daily living skills, engaging participants in meaningful activities within the house and community.
  • Write daily shift notes and other communications, ensuring effective collaboration with the team.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma; a college degree is preferred.
  • Experience working with mental health recovery, with certifications in CPR, MAP, and First Aid.
  • Basic computer skills and a driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • The physical ability to attend to residents' safety needs and a background check (CORI).
