Key Responsibilities:
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
- Process patient registrations, including collecting and entering demographic and financial information.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with insurance companies and third-party payers to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- Up to five years' experience in hospital registration or a comparable position preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
