Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Strategically plan and delegate tasks to enhance productivity and optimize resource allocation. Assess employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and tackle production obstacles to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Quality Control: Uphold quality benchmarks, address any quality-related concerns, and guarantee that products conform to established specifications.
- Sanitation Oversight: Formulate and execute sanitation protocols, conduct training sessions, and spearhead improvement initiatives. Oversee sanitation budgets and manage inventory levels.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory standards. Maintain a hygienic and inspection-ready environment.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a dairy processing setting.
- A minimum of 3 years in food manufacturing, with a focus on quality assurance and team leadership.
- Comprehensive understanding of sanitation protocols and Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
- Familiarity with standard office software and equipment.
