Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our Vent Unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will utilize your skills and knowledge to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

You will be responsible for attending to the daily operations of the unit, assuming leadership roles as needed, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Requirements
  • Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college)
  • Less than one year experience
  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing (diploma)
  • License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification
  • Basic computer skills; Synquest; IV Pump; Phillips Monitoring System; Accucheck; EKG Machine, Specialty Bed Operation
