As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our Vent Unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to ensure the needs of our residents are met.
You will be responsible for attending to the daily operations of the unit on a per shift basis and assuming leadership roles as needed. Your expertise and skills will be essential in providing exceptional care to our patients.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
- Attend to daily unit operations on a per shift basis
- Assume leadership roles as needed
- Provide exceptional patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college) and a license for Practical Nursing. Additionally, you will need to have AHA CPR Certification and basic computer skills.
You will also need to be proficient in using Synquest, IV Pump, Phillips Monitoring System, Accucheck, and EKG Machine, as well as Specialty Bed Operation.
