We are looking for a skilled supply chain expert to take on the role of Materials Management & Supply Chain Project Leader. In this position, you will oversee a multifaceted global supply chain for a specialized product range while implementing proactive and systematic processes that enhance customer satisfaction and boost Entegris' operational efficiency. Your enthusiasm for process improvement and your ability to cultivate relationships across our global network will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of and effectively utilize SAP parameters to support complete supply chain fulfillment.
  • Coordinate and maintain alignment of the various stages of supply across the entire supply chain; escalate issues and drive resolutions with cross-functional teams as necessary.
  • Monitor and expedite units by serial number throughout the supply chain, including: in-house manufacturing, third-party vendor cleaning, data evaluation/exchange among vendors, and internal quality and engineering processes.
  • Manage quality assurance approvals leading to packing slip generation, drop shipments to customer consignment, consumption from customer consignment, and cross-entity sales and international trade.
  • Act as the primary contact for sales and customer service regarding supply commitments related to end-user customers.
  • Oversee and reconcile any discrepancies between physical and logical material flows, vendor subcontracts, and customer consignment.
  • Drive resolution efforts for any non-compliance issues throughout the material flow process.
  • Facilitate the expanded use of SAP and the deployment of systematic processes, focusing on integrating the supply chain into ERP tools, serialization, quality data exchange, and the timing of logical versus physical movements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus on Operations or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience. APICS certification (CPIM or CIRM) is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience in inventory control, production planning, and procurement within a manufacturing and distribution context, working in a cross-functional and matrixed environment.
  • Advanced knowledge and practical experience with MRP/ERP systems, particularly SAP ECC, related to inventory control, materials requirements planning, distribution planning, item master settings, demand planning, procurement, and production planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the capability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to influence and hold peers accountable while leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address challenges related to complex supply chain models.
  • Ability to identify and question unsound directions or supply plans.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated decision-making capabilities with the confidence to act on those decisions.
  • Track record of success in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment.

  • Significant achievements in implementing and maintaining effective supply chain fulfillment solutions.
  • Improvements in operational metrics, including supply velocity matching substrate supply, minimizing supply constraints, enhancing on-time shipment rates, reducing aged MRB, and sustaining customer target inventory levels.
