As an HR Customer Service Representative, you will join our Employee Services group, working closely with staff and Center of Excellence partners to provide exceptional support.

Job Summary:
This role involves providing customer service to staff and Center of Excellence partners, resolving inquiries and raising issues according to defined processes and procedures. The ideal candidate should have previous call center experience, bilingual skills in English and Spanish, and a background in HR Shared Services. Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and occasional on-site visits to the Tampa location.
