Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hardwood Floor Installer and Refinisher to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing and refinishing hardwood floors to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Install various types of hardwood and engineered floors
  • Stain and seal hardwood floors, including some sanding
  • Perform general job site and small tool maintenance and cleaning
Requirements:
  • Full knowledge of installation practices and ability to work independently
  • High standards for completed work and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift 40-pound tools
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Access to reliable automobile, smartphone, and valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Hardworking and available for overtime
