N-Hance Wood Refinishing Technician Job Description

N-Hance is a leading provider of innovative wood refinishing services, offering a unique approach to cabinet and floor renewal. Our team is seeking a skilled Wood Refinishing Technician to join our ranks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mask and clean cabinet doors and drawers
  • Transport and prepare cabinet doors and drawers for refinishing
  • Clean and sand frames to ensure a smooth finish
  • Maintain and clean tools to ensure optimal performance
  • Apply waterborne and shellac-based paints to achieve a high-quality finish
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in masking, painting, or spraying cabinets is a plus
  • High attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and vehicle
  • Clean driving record within the past three years
  • Ability to work 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Ability to work multiple locations
