Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian/Janitor to join our cleaning team at Integrity National Corporation.

The ideal candidate will have at least six months of janitorial experience and be familiar with various cleaning products, techniques, and equipment. They will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and empty trash cans
  • Dust all surfaces, including walls, furniture, and equipment
  • Clean and restock restrooms
  • Follow established cleaning procedures
  • Mop, sweep, scrub, and vacuum floors and surfaces
  • Lift at least 25 pounds
  • Perform routine maintenance activities
  • Use chemical cleaners and power machinery safely and effectively
  • Clean and polish fixtures and furniture
  • Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
Requirements
  • Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions for long periods
  • Experience with cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners and floor buffers
  • Background in handling and using cleaning chemicals
  • Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights

A background check is required for this position.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Hourly rate: $17.20
