With over 30 years of experience, we have established ourselves as an award-winning third-party insurance administrator (TPA) for senior health products.

Job Summary

This role provides customer service in a call center environment by primarily receiving and responding to inbound telephone inquiries from policyholders, beneficiaries, providers, agents, or other information concerning insurance policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a working knowledge base of all company products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate and timely information regarding insurance policies and claims.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a working knowledge base of all company products and services, including Medicare Supplement and Life Policies.
  • Accurately enter data via a Windows-based environment and utilize computer software to access and update customer information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and six months of related call center experience and/or training.
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to accurately enter data via a Windows-based environment.
  • Knowledge of basic math and English spelling and grammar skills, with the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher.
  • Experience with long-term care insurance in a call center setting.
  • 2 years related call center and customer service experience.
Work Environment

This role requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, with occasional lifting and/or moving up to 15 pounds. The successful candidate must be able to read, hear, speak, use a keyboard, reason, and problem-solve in a fast-paced call center environment.
