  • Support core functions in Industrial Management, Workforce Management, Human Resources (Military and Civilian), Business Operations, and Maintenance Data Systems.
  • Offer troubleshooting and analytical support for command applications and their future iterations.
  • Perform GAP analysis on training requirements, developing relevant training criteria based on findings.
  • Create application-specific training materials for users.
  • Facilitate training sessions for users, including Government civilian, military, and contractor personnel.
  • Develop and revise user guides and training bulletins to enhance understanding of software application functionalities.
  • Ensure personnel meet or exceed specified requirements with full compliance.
