Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Professional at Mr. Handyman, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. Your interactions with customers and team members will have a significant impact on the overall service experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly and helpful communication with customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Receive and manage inbound calls, scheduling service appointments and answering basic questions to the best of your ability.
- Gather and update customer information in our business software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and field teams, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Positive attitude, ambition, and a creative and collaborative spirit.
- An education that provides an understanding of business principles and practices.
- 3 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support.
- Knowledge of how systems and computer data need to work together, with a solid understanding of business operations.
- Ability to accept feedback and adapt to new ideas, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Observation, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
