Pediatrician - Adolescent Medicine Specialist

School-Based Health Center Attending Physician
Job Summary:The Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatrician or Family Medicine Physician to provide primary care in one of our High School-Based Health Centers in Manhattan.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality medical care to adolescents, including routine check-ups, health education, and treatment of medical conditions.
- Conduct physical exams, formulate diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
- Supervise site operations, including management of staff and resources.
- Ensure accurate charting and coding of patient encounters.
- Participate in training, continuing education, and quality assurance activities.
- Respond to health emergencies and participate in school activities.
- Track and maintain inventory of medications and vaccines.
- MD Degree with Board Eligible/Certification in Pediatrics or Family Medicine.
- Commitment to providing patient-centric care.
- Experience working with adolescents and diverse populations.
- NYS license.
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to mentoring and team building.
