Job Description:
The Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our Adolescent Health Center team in Manhattan, NY. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality primary care to adolescents and young adults, addressing their unique physical, emotional, and social needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to adolescents and young adults, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and health education.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to address the complex needs of our patients, including mental health, substance abuse, and social determinants of health.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services to meet the evolving needs of our patients.
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree with Board Eligibility/Certification in Pediatrics or Family Medicine.
- Adolescent Medicine board certification or eligibility.
- New York State medical license.
- Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills.
