Position Overview:

The NY Transit Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing Family Care Programs through strategic management of Commuter Benefits initiatives. This position involves collaboration across various organizational functions to ensure the effective processing of reimbursement submissions and to assess the overall value and efficiency of transit programs.

Key Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • At least one year of relevant experience in project management or approval processes.
  • A solutions-oriented approach with a strong ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
  • The capability to consider a wide array of internal and external factors when overseeing reimbursement approvals and providing recommendations.
  • A focus on process enhancement, with experience in measuring outcomes and fostering accountability.

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while managing multiple initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities:

The NY Transit Program Coordinator will be tasked with:

  • Overseeing the approval process for all reimbursement requests related to the NY Transit Program.
  • Managing the shared mailbox for the NY Transit Program and reviewing submitted receipts and invoices.
  • Analyzing usage trends and demand patterns to recommend policy adjustments and program modifications.
  • Assisting Family Care Programs with modeling and valuation analysis for program initiatives.
  • Creating communication materials for various stakeholders, including employees and management.
  • Conducting thorough evaluations of the NY Transit Program during due diligence processes.
  • Developing and maintaining reporting strategies to measure program success and align operational performance metrics.
