Position Summary
We are in search of a dedicated and service-oriented individual for the role of Overnight Guest Services Specialist/Night Auditor.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately post and balance charges and settlements for various services, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and nightly processing to prepare for the following day.
- Prepare and send credit card deposits, verifying the accuracy of transactions and batch reports.
- Handle city ledger accounting tasks and perform front desk duties, representing the hotel throughout the guest's experience, including reservations, check-in, and check-out.
- Provide a warm welcome to all guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures with a focus on creating a memorable experience.
- Respond to incoming calls and assist in fulfilling guest requests.
- Address any security issues and report unusual occurrences, collaborating with security personnel as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Opera or a similar property management system is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential.
- A professional demeanor with a friendly personality, dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-direction in task completion.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within a luxury environment or a relevant hotel school qualification.
