We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Decision Unit team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing, and evaluating patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and address patient concerns, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear understanding and coordination of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 1 year Nursing experience
