Job Summary:This is a .9 FTE, day shift opening (7am-7:30pm, 3, 12 hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in medical surgical nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to medical surgical patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and report patient condition to physicians and other healthcare team members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
