Providence is seeking a skilled Emergency Services RN Manager to lead our clinical operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our emergency department, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of RNs and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources
- Monitor and analyze clinical and operational data to inform decision-making and drive improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- 5 years of experience in progressive leadership roles, with a focus on emergency services
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in related field
- Formal coursework in management, finance, and other administrative subjects
- National Certification from recognized professional organization in relevant field of clinical expertise
