As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our emergency department, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of RNs and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources
  • Monitor and analyze clinical and operational data to inform decision-making and drive improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • 5 years of experience in progressive leadership roles, with a focus on emergency services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in related field
  • Formal coursework in management, finance, and other administrative subjects
  • National Certification from recognized professional organization in relevant field of clinical expertise
