Nurse Aide Trainee

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aide Trainee to join our team at Autumn Leaves Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a Nurse Aide Trainee, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting our nursing staff.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide basic care and support to residents, including feeding, toileting, and transferring
• Assist with medication administration and vital sign monitoring
• Participate in resident care planning and implementation
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Perform routine tasks, such as cleaning and restocking supplies

• Be at least 16 years old
• Have a genuine interest in working with geriatric residents
• Be willing to perform routine, repetitive tasks on a continuous basis
• Have the ability to perform tasks with consideration for residents in your work area
• Have a good bedside manner

As a Nurse Aide Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and certification in nursing assistant skills. Our program includes both classroom instruction and clinical training, ensuring you are well-prepared to provide high-quality care to our residents.
