About the Role

The Senior Strategic Marketing Manager for the Supplements category in North America will play a key leadership role in Kerry's global Proactive Health marketing team.

This role is responsible for driving the North American strategy for the Supplements category by leveraging deep expertise in the market.

The successful candidate will lead the development of the North American Supplements category strategy, create compelling content, and partner with the digital marketing team to elevate Kerry's presence in the supplements market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute the North American Supplements category strategy, leveraging consumer trends, market conditions, and competitive insights.
  2. Create market-specific content, including digital media campaigns, sales tools, and customer engagement materials.
  3. Partner with the digital marketing team to optimize Kerry's digital initiatives and elevate its presence in the supplements market.
  4. Develop and deliver impactful presentations and marketing collateral that address customer needs in the supplements space.
  5. Convert the supplements category strategy into robust go-to-market plans, collaborating with the North American commercial team for smooth execution.
  6. Conduct thorough market assessments to identify growth opportunities, new routes to market, and competitive advantages.
  7. Oversee Kerry's event participation strategy at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences to maximize engagement and highlight leadership in the supplements sector.
  8. Provide regular reports on key marketing initiatives, business performance, and insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant marketing experience, with a focus on the supplements or nutraceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing category strategies and go-to-market plans within the supplements market.
  • Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex strategies for internal and external audiences.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration abilities in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
