Responsibilities
  • Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and customer rights, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Conduct thorough damage evaluations, complete initial and final estimates, and manage repairs to meet our quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing regular updates on repair status and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Body Technicians to review data procedures, complete post-scanning, and ensure accurate repairs.
  • Process disbursement paperwork, handle exceptions, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with good time management and adaptability.
  • Knowledge of insurance partners and estimating systems, such as CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex.
