- Collaborate with Body Technicians to review data procedures, complete post-scanning, and ensure accurate repairs.
- Process disbursement paperwork, handle exceptions, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are met.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with good time management and adaptability.
- Knowledge of insurance partners and estimating systems, such as CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex.
