Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality repairs to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and repair vehicle damage using various tools and techniques
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to ensure a safe and quality repair
  • Work with other team members to achieve repair facility KPIs and maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Successful completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer
  • Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present
