Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, present, and serve food as required.
- Conduct prep work including washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
- Accurately weigh and measure designated ingredients.

- Transport pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, adhering to safety standards.

- Store food in designated areas, following proper wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
- Utilize approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, serving temperatures, and portion control.
- Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, following established service protocols.
- Address customer concerns and communicate relevant information to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
- Adhere to all sanitation and safety regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
