Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process, from job posting to employment offer.
  • Source, interview, and present candidates to hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain candidate slates for current and future positions.
  • Conduct thorough recruitment needs assessments with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate recruitment job fairs and promote best-practice recruiting methods.
  • Enter applicants into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate documentation of all applicant activities.
  • Collaborate with internal clients to promote open channels of communication and responsiveness to our strategic recruitment needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of recruiting experience, with prior management experience and the ability to lead a team of recruiters.
  • Excellent knowledge of the internet, search engines, networking sites, job boards, and industry associations/niche websites.
  • Ability to assess talent and make recommendations to internal business clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven, effective interpersonal skills, able to present information, influence decisions, and work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to produce results with project management skills and demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems.
