Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor
  • Gather essential customer and vehicle details
  • Accurately document all vehicle issues and damages as reported by the customer
  • Create a thorough and precise estimate for labor and parts
  • Set a follow-up schedule to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Track the status of each vehicle throughout the day and keep customers informed
  • Ensure the final invoice aligns with the services rendered
  • Communicate all completed work and associated costs to customers
