About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Brookdale Cushing Park. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining high resident satisfaction, cost controls, sanitation standards, employee training, and providing quality food and service to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Dining Services Director in maintaining high resident satisfaction, cost controls, sanitation standards, employee training, and providing quality food and service to the residents.
- Responsible for the day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Monitor and enforce safe food handling practices.
- Participate in conducting food inventory.
Requirements:
- College degree in the hospitality field or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience in various phases of food service operations.
- Current ServSafe Certification required.
