Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day kitchen operations.
  • Monitor and enforce safe food handling practices.
  • Participate in conducting food inventory.

Requirements:

  • College degree in the hospitality field or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Experience in various phases of food service operations.
  • Current ServSafe Certification required.
