Executive Chef

At Eurest, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the success of our food service operation, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the culinary team, including menu development, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Develop and implement cost controls, purchasing strategies, and inventory management systems to optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, including HACCP and ServSafe certification.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality dining experience.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of culinary management experience in a contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant setting.
• Proven track record of success in menu development, cost controls, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food and catering trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, and food cost controls.
• Experience with exposition cooking and menu development.
• ServSafe certification and knowledge of HACCP.
