Executive Chef

Compass Group Careers is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef Manager to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the success of our food service operation, including inventory management, ordering, and receiving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and customers
• Manage inventory and ordering to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
• Lead a team of culinary professionals to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service
• Monitor and control food costs to meet budgetary requirements
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in culinary management, preferably in a contract foodservice or fine dining setting
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety protocols
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in menu development, cost controls, and inventory management
