As one of the leading engineering firms in the Intermountain West, J-U-B provides innovative solutions that empower our clients to thrive, while also ensuring a rewarding atmosphere for our team members.

This role will involve applying technical civil engineering expertise and will:


Deliver engineering design and project management for civil engineering initiatives, primarily centered on water, wastewater/sewer, stormwater, and other infrastructure services in Utah.

Engage in all stages of project development, design, and construction.
Evaluate engineering data, interpret and prepare plans and specifications, and make informed decisions to address challenges.

Collaborate with engineers, planners, and public agencies for reports, design, and construction phase services for various private and public sector clients.

Facilitate and support multi-disciplinary projects across the organization.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure in the State of Utah, with the capability to obtain licensure in Nevada and Arizona within six months.
6+ years of relevant experience as a P.E., including 2+ years in the Washington County, Utah area.
Strong communication and writing abilities.
Commitment to developing a practice and mentoring junior staff.
Demonstrated technical expertise and skillset.
Multi-disciplinary civil engineering experience encompassing the entire project development cycle.
Familiarity with local municipal codes and design/development standards.
Experience in water resources engineering, including pressure and open channel flow modeling, design, and construction oversight is advantageous.

Salary:
$95,000 - $120,000 a year, determined by experience.
