This role provides leadership over a single restaurant, driving sales and achieving performance goals, developing teams, and executing operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the restaurant management team to meet sales and budget goals
  • Monitor employee tasks to ensure compliance with Quality, Service, and Cleanliness programs
  • Ensure proper training and compliance
  • Manage food, labor, and paper costs, as well as other controllable expenses
  • Make decisions regarding employee hiring and termination
  • Attend meetings requested by the District Manager or Area Director
  • Develop restaurant operation skills and grow within the organization
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • 3 or more years of supervisory experience, preferably in quick service restaurants
  • Ability to perform all duties of restaurant staff
  • Age 18 or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
