Position Overview

Style Crest Enterprises Inc is in search of a talented Graphic Designer to take charge of our brand's visual representation. This role involves ensuring the consistent application of our visual identity across various marketing channels, including promotional materials, digital platforms, and in-store displays. As a dynamic organization with a diverse array of product lines, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for crafting visually appealing marketing assets that align with our brand strategy and resonate with our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management

  • Act as the custodian of the brand style guide, overseeing logos, typography, color schemes, and overall visual identity.
  • Ensure cohesive visual communication across various product lines while enhancing the master brand's value proposition.

Merchandising Support

  • Work closely with branch leaders to design promotional displays and materials that enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with event coordinators to develop visual identities for trade shows and community events.
  • Partner with e-commerce teams to ensure product visuals effectively drive customer interest and sales.

Sales Support

  • Lead the development of templates for marketing materials used by sales teams, ensuring they are tailored for specific products.
  • Coordinate with marketing managers to maintain accurate product information across design platforms.
  • Create customized presentations and graphics to support sales initiatives.

Visual Asset Management

  • Oversee the organization of a comprehensive photo library, recommending updates and enhancements as necessary.
  • Design and manage icons for product categories in line with the brand style guide.
  • Produce additional graphics to support both online and offline marketing efforts.

Print and Promotional Materials

  • Assist the internal print center in ensuring that the latest marketing materials are readily available for order.
  • Support the promotional product strategy by suggesting new offerings and managing vendor relationships.

Digital Marketing Initiatives

  • Create engaging graphics for social media and email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage templates for digital communications, including landing pages and website content.
  • Contribute to the website design process, ensuring alignment with brand identity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in graphic design or art direction, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
  • Experience in the building products or home goods industry is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with presentation software such as PowerPoint or Canva is essential.
  • Knowledge of HTML design and digital marketing practices is a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in branding and logo design.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook and Teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required (less than 10%).
