Position Summary
We are in search of a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to enhance our vibrant marketing team. This role involves crafting and designing visual assets that elevate our product offerings and brand identity across various markets, including education, business, retail, and residential sectors. The position supports multiple regions, including North and South America.
Key Responsibilities
• Design Development: Create visually striking marketing materials, graphics, and design elements for various platforms, including web and social media, as well as for trade exhibitions.
• Project Leadership: Oversee all creative projects from inception to execution, including market-specific flyers, advertising placements, web graphics, and brochures.
• Collaborative Design: Work closely with sales, product managers, and marketing teams to gather project requirements and transform them into innovative design solutions.
• Content Management: Generate and update content for online platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and product launches.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure uniformity in design and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing materials and product lines.
• Industry Awareness: Stay informed about design trends and technologies, providing insights to enhance marketing assets.
• Channel Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing managers to produce promotional materials and collateral for sales initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology sectors.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and similar tools.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and the creation of user-friendly interfaces.
• Strong communication skills to convey design concepts effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, particularly in the A/V or consumer electronics field.
Technical Skills:
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all deliverables.
