Position Overview

Off Leash K9 Training, LLC, a leader in the dog training industry, is seeking to expand our team in the Cincinnati region.

This role is both demanding and rewarding, requiring a driven individual who can build professional relationships and achieve success.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must reside in or near the Cincinnati area.
  • Ability to accommodate at least two dogs for training at your home for a duration of 14 days.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Ownership of a smartphone is necessary.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) is important.
  • Completion of a 17-day certification program at the OLK9 Training Facility is mandatory.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Training and managing dogs of various breeds and ages.
  • Addressing behavioral issues ranging from anxiety to aggression.
  • Engaging with clients in a professional manner.
  • Traveling to various appointments within the Cincinnati area.
  • Participating in ongoing education to enhance training skills for both dogs and their owners.
  • Attending promotional events.
  • Exhibiting self-motivation and initiative.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and honesty.
  • A genuine passion for dogs and their training.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging dog training videos.
  • The ability to work during peak hours on weekdays and weekends.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
