Compensation: $30-$34 per hour on W2
Eligibility: Only U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Essential Skills: Proficiency in Canva (especially video creation), Microsoft Office Suite, Development of training materials, Retail knowledge
Minimum Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of experience in designing training processes and instructional design using various delivery methods
- Strong capabilities in project management
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on business objectives
- Proficient in escalating issues and driving them to resolution
- Exceptional facilitation skills aimed at achieving solutions
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal abilities
- Effective communication skills across all organizational levels
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the training team in creating comprehensive training solutions (toolkits, KTV broadcasts, web-based learning modules, and communication kits) that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and align with customer-first strategies.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with corporate departments, leadership, and associates to ensure effective development and implementation of training solutions.
• Facilitate collaborative sessions to outline current and future training processes.
• Collaborate with Corporate Training and Development to create and assess training materials based on best instructional practices.
• Ensure that solutions and best practices are in harmony with corporate objectives and initiatives.
• Define and document existing and future business process training, identify areas for improvement, and devise plans for implementation.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of essential meetings.
