We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Global Procurement to join our team at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our Global Procurement organization, you will be responsible for supporting the definition and implementation of the global Clinical Core (IRT, eCOA) and Digital Health Technology Category strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Category Management: Manage negotiations, supplier management activities, and collaborator engagement activities to drive value in terms of cost savings, cash flow improvement, and other efficiency savings from category management activities.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement category strategies that align with corporate priorities and support the growth and evolution of the Global Procurement organization.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with appropriate GxPs and other applicable regulations, as applicable, and negotiate contract terms and conditions in consultation with the Law department.
- Leadership and Development: May manage a team of professional-level employees responsible for performing category management tasks and provide coaching and guidance on job performance and career development.
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
- Experience: Progressive experience in procurement within the Pharma/BioPharma industry, with a focus on category management and supplier engagement.
- Skills: Strong relationship management capabilities, ability to operate with integrity, focus, and clarity in an environment of ambiguity, and experience with external data sources, market information, and supplier engagement.
