Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our commercial construction projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
  • Oversee the execution of construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures to ensure project profitability.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.
  • Ensure all construction work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, contract negotiation, and cost control.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
  • Excellent ability to plan and organize a team effort.
  • Good client management and goodwill building ability.
  • Capacity to motivate, lead, and boost morale of the teams.
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
