Position Summary: The Project Site Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and scheduling for assigned projects
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines
  • Prioritize safety and quality throughout all phases of the project
  • Maintain compliance with client contracts
  • Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries promptly
  • Provide exceptional service to all clients while ensuring confidentiality
  • Document performance evaluations for team members and facilitate necessary actions
  • Follow operational procedures to enhance team efficiency
  • Ensure training goals are met for all personnel within designated timeframes
  • Conduct weekly safety meetings with a structured agenda and minutes

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in construction, flooring, or project management
  • Familiarity with both residential and commercial systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to perform on-site construction tasks as needed
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass a drug screening
  • Willingness to travel as required

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer
  • Capable of lifting up to 15 pounds
  • Must pass a Fit for Duty Screening
