Medical Director Leader

About the Role
As a Medical Director at Concentra, you will lead by example and create an exceptional patient experience. This clinic-based position provides direct patient care while ensuring day-to-day execution of medical model.
You will collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case management, monitoring key clinical center metrics. Additionally, you will manage clinicians, support staff, and comply with APC supervisory requirements.
This role requires creating a professional and collaborative working environment, working with leaders to identify and implement changes for continuous clinical improvement.
Responsibilities
- Clinic-based position providing direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
- Ensures day-to-day execution of medical model collaborating with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case management.
- Monitors key clinical center metrics that are provided by Clinical Analytics relative to quality.
- Manages clinicians, support staff, and complies with APC supervisory requirements.
Requirements
- Preferred Board Certification or Eligibility in an ABMS or AOA recognized specialty.
- Active and unrestricted medical license.
- Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date).
- Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
- FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

- Estimated salary range: $248,000 - $296,000 per year, depending on job-related factors such as level of experience, geographic location, and/or seniority.
