Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Specialist to join our team at our Flemington, NJ branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our members, providing exceptional customer service, and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase member engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on financial products and services, making recommendations to members as needed.
