Audiology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Audiologist or Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist to join our team at American Hearing Centers, part of Alpaca Audiology - AudioNova. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and promoting hearing health awareness in our community.

• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and recommend personalized treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with patients to address their hearing concerns and provide education on hearing aid benefits
• Discuss pricing and value of hearing instruments, ensuring patients understand the long-term effects of hearing aid use
• Develop and implement community outreach programs to generate new patient referrals
• Teach patients how to optimize their hearing aids to meet their individual needs
• Perform hearing aid repairs, checks, and cleanings, ensuring optimal product performance
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth office operations and exceptional patient experience

• Hearing Aid Dispensing License in the state of Iowa
• Doctorate in Audiology preferred
• 3rd and 4th year Audiology Externs encouraged to apply

• Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 + Sales Incentive Plan
