We are seeking a skilled Lash Extension Specialist to join our team at The Lash Lounge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality lash extension services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized lash extension services to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Educate clients on proper lash care and recommend our exclusive after-care products.
  • Understand and promote our products and membership programs.
  • Perform high-quality lash extension services, adhering to our strict safety and sanitation standards.
  • Generate new clientele through our referral programs and maintain a clean and sanitized work environment.
Requirements:
  • Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license or permit.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Lash Stylist.
  • 1+ year of experience with hand-made volume fans, preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with clients.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work some weekends and evenings.
