Community Outreach and Enrollment Coordinator

Search Solutions is seeking a Community Outreach and Enrollment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing community outreach and enrollment services to prospective and current participants.

About the Role:

In this role, you will solicit potential clients during food distributions at participating agencies, educate them about program benefits, and enroll them using designated software packages. You will also conduct outreach and engage with the community to promote our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Solicit potential clients during food distributions at participating agencies.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years experience with Social Service Agency preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to analyze information gathered to identify potential problems or discrepancies.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
