Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in programming and planning activities, including the development of laboratory functional models, staffing considerations, inter-departmental dynamics, and comprehensive lab design.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external consultants on programming initiatives, conduct site assessments, and manage all essential communications and documentation to ensure project success.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within financial constraints.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • A minimum of three years of recent experience in science planning, particularly in laboratory environments for higher education, vivariums, pharmaceutical sectors, governmental projects, or process planning.

Software Proficiency:

  • Required: Proficiency in Revit
  • Preferred: Experience with AutoCAD

Educational Background:

  • Required: Associate's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, or a related discipline
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Professional registration and sustainability accreditation are advantageous
