Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as a bridge between Fuel Loyalty and Merchandising, orchestrating tailored offers and ensuring cohesive execution of program branding, campaigns, and promotions across various channels.

Partner with the CRM & Personalization teams to design and implement test-and-learn strategies, consistently monitoring and reporting outcomes to key stakeholders.

Oversee daily interactions with internal and external partners, coordinating efforts across regions to guarantee top-tier loyalty promotions and customer experiences.

Program Management & Enhancement:

Manage and enhance the loyalty offer management process, creating effective methods and tools for handling promotions.

Assist in the setup and execution of loyalty promotions, including personalized offers, ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and regulations.

Formulate strategies and communications for our fuel loyalty program to optimize promotional offerings and overall customer outreach.

Leadership & Analytical Problem Solving:

Foster a data-driven culture within the Fuel Loyalty team and the broader organization.

Proactively identify opportunities for improving program effectiveness, leading transformative projects to achieve strong financial outcomes.

Act as a thought leader, advocating for the application of advanced analytics to inform business strategies and enhance customer loyalty.

Advanced Analytics & Insights:

Leverage data and business intelligence to uncover actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and enhance loyalty program performance.

Promote best practices in evaluating media campaigns and marketing initiatives, collaborating with our data science team to employ advanced analytical techniques.

Lead the design and execution of advanced analytics projects, such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and A/B testing, to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing analytics, or loyalty program management, with a proven record of utilizing data insights to make actionable recommendations for enterprise loyalty programs.

An advanced degree in Marketing or a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop promotions or campaigns is preferred, with a focus on aligning promotions with strategic objectives.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating complex data into actionable business strategies.

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at various levels and across different regions, managing projects to successful completion.

Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a proactive approach and a passion for driving progress in a dynamic environment.
